Terms of Sale & Use

Plain-English summary: you’re buying lifetime personal access to a digital program for a one-time price. It’s an educational self-development tool — not therapy, medical or financial advice — and results depend on you. Refunds within 60 days, no questions asked.

1. Who you’re buying from

2. What you’re buying

A personal, non-transferable license to access The 9-Minute Shift online: 21 guided audio sessions with transcripts, daily written exercises, focus paths and a private journal, plus any add-on you select at checkout (such as the Night Reset Pack). Content is delivered through your account; there’s no physical shipment.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Each item is charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Access

Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and continues for as long as we operate the program. If we ever discontinue it, we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice and a way to download your journal and the session transcripts.

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. You keep access after a refund; chargebacks close access.

6. What the program is — and isn’t

The 9-Minute Shift is educational. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it isn’t a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We don’t promise any specific financial, health or personal outcome. Don’t listen while driving or operating machinery. 7. Your account and content

Keep your login private; one account per person. What you write in your journal belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and don’t share it with advertisers (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Our content

Sessions, scripts, recordings and designs are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes; please don’t redistribute or resell them.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. Governing law: [jurisdiction].
